MS/MSALL with SWATHTM Acquisition is a novel data-independent acquisition technique that generates a complete digital archive of all possible ions in a single analysis for permanent, retrospective, quantitative MS/MS analysis of complex samples. Accomplished by systematically fragmenting all ions on an LC-compatible time scale, this technique is only available on the AB SCIEX TripleTOF® 5600 and 5600+ Systems, which provide the speed, sensitivity, and dynamic range required to deliver the highest quality results.
