Collection and Recycling Arrangements in Bulgaria

AB SCIEX products are sold in Bulgaria by distributors. The distributors act as the importer of the equipment into Bulgaria. Thus distributors have the legal responsibility to:

• Register as the WEEE producer in Bulgaria.
• Provide arrangements for collection and recycling of WEEE arising from AB SCIEX products that the distributor sells in Bulgaria.
