Collection and Recycling Arrangements in Malta

AB SCIEX products are sold in Malta by distributors. The distributors act as the importer of the equipment into Malta. Thus the distributors have the legal responsibility to:

• Register as the WEEE producer in Malta.
• Provide arrangements for collection and recycling of WEEE arising from AB SCIEX products that the distributor sells in Malta.
