AB SCIEX Smart Services is a real-time remote instrument monitoring service that helps you maximize system uptime and improve productivity. We remotely and proactively track system parameters and identify potential problems before they affect your lab's efficiency.

AB SCIEX Smart Services improves uptime and productivity in two ways:

  • AB SCIEX Smart Services notifies our service engineers and the technical support team when a situation is developing that could lead to downtime.
  • If an instrument fails, the AB SCIEX team will use remote diagnostic tools to help get the instrument up and running as fast as possible.

With a combination of remote proactive monitoring and diagnostics, and AB SCIEX System Support Center, many of our customers experience a significant increase in instrument uptime with our Smart Monitoring Service.

AB SCIEX Smart Monitoring Service is available on selected AB SCIEX mass spectrometers and is included in our instrument warranty and AB SCIEX Assurance Service Plans. It is also available to purchase stand alone.
