Objective: AB SCIEX and (ROAR) Forensics have introduced a high level, workflow based training course dedicated to forensic toxicologists. The course is intended for either new or long term users of mass spectrometry and institutes that are considering applying mass spectrometry to forensic toxicology casework. Learning is fully optimized through a two day course run at the (ROAR) Forensics facility in Malvern, Worcestershire, UK. Dr. Simon Elliott, Consultant Forensic Toxicologist and a Director of (ROAR) Forensics will lead the workflow training course. With over 10 years experience in clinical and forensic toxicology analysis Dr. Elliot has had a number of papers published in chromatographic analytical toxicology. During the course Dr. Elliott will be on hand to answer questions relating to both forensic toxicology and LC-MS/MS workflows that are used during the course.
The course is delivered through a mixture of both theory and practice, and by the end of the course participants will both understand, and be able to implement the methodology with confidence at their own facility.
