12:00 pm - 2:30 pm

University of Florida - Cancer Genetics Research Center - ICBR Room #184
2033 Mowry Road, Gainesville, FL 32611

AGENDA
12:00 pm Lunch & Registration

12:30 pm Complete Workflow Solutions for Peptide Quantitation Using Accurate Mass Methodologies

This technical workshop will cover targeted peptide quantitation using high resolution accurate mass tandem mass spectrometry and complete data processing strategies to enable highly productive assay development of peptides and post-translational modifications in complex biological systems.

1:30 pm Leveraging High Sensitivity Accurate Mass MS/MS at High Speeds - MS/MSALL on the TripleTOFTM 5600 System
MS/MSALL is a technique using information independent MS/MS acquisition of all precursor ions in a Q1- resolved window sweep through a given mass range. It allows for limitless interrogation of all analytes from a simple, development-free acquisition technique.
