The AB SCIEX TripleTOF 5600 System is an innovative breakthrough in LC/MS/MS performance that uniquely integrates comprehensive qualitative exploration, rapid profiling, and high-resolution quantitation workflows on a single platform. It combines the highest sensitivity detection, high-resolution with at least 5X better acquisition speed, and stable ~1ppm mass accuracy over days of acquisition.

The AB SCIEX TripleTOFTM 5600 System is the next generation in Quadrupole TOF technology. Starting with the best-in-class Triple QuadTM 5500 System, the new AcceleratorTOFTM Analyzer was developed to add high-resolution at the speed and sensitivity needed to give equivalent CV's and limits of quantitation (LOQ) to high-end triple quadrupoles.

Now for the first time Pharmaceutical, Academic and Analytical Testing scientists can integrate comprehensive qualitative exploration, rapid profiling, and high-resolution quantitation of low abundance analytes in very complex matrices - all on a single platform.

LOQ's and dynamic range are equivalent to high-performance triple quad instruments. Cycle times as low as 10 msec generate superior peak definition even with fast LC separations. Quantification requires little optimization, and you can choose multiple fragments per precursor from the acquired full scan MS/MS data.
