TissueView™ Software

TissueView^TM software 1.1 is a powerful solution for processing and displaying data from Mass Spectrometry Imaging (MSI) experiments. Designed for ease of use, it rapidly displays the spatial location and intensity of both protein and small molecule compounds, in all tissue types. TissueView software is compatible with the AB SCIEX 4700, 4800 and 5800 MALDI TOF/TOF^TM Systems, as well as the QStar Pulsar i System, QSTAR® XL Hybrid LC/MS/MS System and the QSTAR® Elite platform.

Additionally, it offers a seamless link between optical images, mass spectral images, MS and MS/MS spectra. Designed with the help of biomedical researchers, the TissueView software incorporates many critical features like co-registration of images, calculation of areas, creation of multiple and layered overlays, and 3D viewing.
